Amazing stay for Arezzo

The villa is amazing with a lot of history. If you like the film and the old Italian house in ’ Call me by your name’, this is the place to stay for you. The owner gave us a tour and told the history of the family and house. Arezzo is just a 10 min drive.

There is no AC in the room, so in the summer it can be very warm. The house + room are not that clean and they will not clean your room everyday (what’s fine if you don’t pay much for a room).

We have very nice and enjoyable stay.

The location and the outdoor area is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. The pool is also quite large (20-25m long), which is nice if you wish the swim some laps. It also has a great view over the Piedmont plains. The surrounding gardens and trees make it a very peaceful place to stay and just relax. The common room is very cosy, and has some very nice travel & walking guides related to the local area. Organised tour of the castle, with wine tasting and apréos.

The apartment is missing some final touches to make it worth the price. eg towel racks & hooks. The wardrobe in the bedroom needs to be changed. The bed could also be updated. The kitchen could use a few more items to help make cooking easier. eg another pot, bread knife, cooking knife, kettle WiFi was a little difficult to connect to in the appartment, as the WiFi box is located next door in the common room.

Grote klasse in het wild.

De ligging, midden in het wilde groen. Vlinders fladderen, vijgen vallen met een zachte plof uit de boom, soms zie je een ree. Het zwembad is lekker groot. Alles is ruw, niet perfect - en zo moet het vooral ook blijven. Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Als we dan toch iets moeten noemen, zouden we iets met drinkglazen willen hebben en een broodmes en een vleesmes.

Prachtige locatie in een authentiek, maar niet super-comfortabel, appartement.

- Geweldige locatie (op een landgoed met kasteel) - Fijn zwembad met uitzicht op de vallei (ca. 10 min lopen met kinderen) - Super rustig - Fijne buitenruimte bij het appartement - Het appartement is groot, mooi overkapt terras om te zitten en te eten - De host (Katia) is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageert snel. - De omgeving is heel leuk en niet zo erg toeristisch (augustus), er is veel te doen - Op woensdagen wordt er een rondleiding door het kasteel en een pizzaparty op het landgoed georganiseerd.

Het appartement viel een beetje tegen. Het appartement is authentiek, maar niet erg comfortabel en verouderd. Deuren en ramen sluiten niet allemaal even goed. De douche is praktisch onbruikbaar (er zit wel een bad in). De badkamer wordt volgens de host komende winter opgeknapt dus dat is zeker een verbetering. Het zit echt in een oude boerderij dus houdt rekening met wat spinnetjes, muggen en andere beestjes. Geen probleem allemaal, maar wij hadden last van een hornaarsnest in de schoorsteen. Nogmaals dank aan de host, die heeft direct de brandweer gebeld om het nest te laten verwijderen.

Heerlijk verblijf op unieke en prachtige locatie

Prachtig en rustig gelegen accommodatie op landgoed bij een kasteel. Veel natuur om je heen en heerlijk zwembad! Personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam.

We hadden een enorm kraakbed, maar als het goed is wordt dit snel gemaakt. De nieuwe onderdelen zouden bestelling zijn.

Una splendida cornice per momenti di totale relax

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per un addio al celibato e nubilato in famiglia ed è stato davvero fantastico! Gli appartamenti (ne abbiamo presi 3 ) erano vicini tra loro ed è stato come se fossimo a casa, con un prato immenso ed il bosco a far da cornice: relax assoluto! Per andare in piscina abbiamo usato la macchina, ma si può raggiungere a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti circa tra vigne e frutteti. Se volete più comodità potete prendere gli alloggi vicini alla piscina. Per la colazione troverete un piccolo set di cortesia. L’acqua è potabile e buonissima. Siamo stati accolti da Katia, persona squisita che ci ha raccontato la storia del luogo e dato indicazioni per escursioni nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e vogliamo tornare non appena possibile!

Tra le vigne e sotto il castello bere vino è più bello. Lontano dai botti ma non dalle botti

Ottima posizione soprattutto per chi come noi deve fuggire dalla città per fine anno in cerca di tranquillità soprattutto per i nostri amati cagnetti. Tanto verde e sentieri facili nel boschetto intorno alle cascine ben ristrutturate e in più la visita guidata con la proprietaria, del castello dall'affascinante storia millenaria. Non da ultimo la possibilità di acquietare prodotti dell'agriturismo come l'ottimo vino e il miele. Snoopy e Layla (i nostri cani) si sono molto divertiti e rilassati come noi. Sono sicuro che torneremo e anche presto. Grazie

Devo dire che non ho sentito la mancanza della tv, ma quella del freezer sì. Il frigo è piccolo e mancava un ripiano intermedio. Per noi che diamo alimentazione BARF ai cani lo scomparto surgelati è importante. Infine vista la presenza di una stufa a legna qualche attrezzo a corredo per l'utilizzo sarebbe stato molto utile.

Da tornare x sfruttare anche la piscina

La sensazione di essere catapultati indietro nel tempo... tranquillità, natura, relax, vista, ...

La stradina sterrata che parte dalla sbarra su strada, si inerpica sulla collina, quindi ad esempio fosse nevicato, non saremmo saliti.
