Stunning cost romantic apartment beautifully furnished and decorated more like a lodge than an apartment. Stunning sunken bath made post skiing wonderful to warm up and soothe tired limbs

Nothing it was perfect

Rather spacious apartment for two people as this place have two separate (large) bathrooms (but it would be quite crowded if we were four). Nice and up to date interior. View and balcony with afternoon sun was nice.

It took "forever" - almost 45 minutes - for us to find the right entrance after we picked up the key. The instructions for how to find it could have been much better to avoid this. (We were asked to look for "a red gate at the left" as soon as we enter the village. First, "when we enter the village" is an unclear instruction when we've never been there before and there is no clear indication for when this is. Second, the red gate was impossible to see from the road - probably due to snow, but maybe even without snow). It might be good to know that the entrance to the building was long and steep - especially when carrying a lot of ski gear. Also, the parking facilities are a bit tricky as the garage-boxes are very tiny. It was not possible to get the car all into the garage (there were an old refrigerator and some other stuff etc stored in the back). We booked this facility because we are 'skibumming' around the alpes and needed a washing machine. The washing machine was full of mold, very dirty and could not be used. The listing boosts about a fireplace (there were actually two), but in the instructions on site it says "forbidden to use the fireplace", The kitchen could not be used as the fuse went off when we put on the stove. After an hour of frustration and back and forth we learned that there was something wrong with one of the boilers, so if we turned that off the stove could work. Yes, it did, but the fuse still went off a few times. As a matter of security and fire hazard we wonder why this isn't fixed if it was a known problem? The kitchen and the entire place would have done good by a general tidying up and deep cleaning. There was clutter in the cabinets, not enough glasses and cups and some of the bowls in the kitchen cabinets kitchen were dirty from previous guests.

Tutta da rivedere la gestione camera fredda per più di due ore per problemi tecnici. Mancava carta igienica le cialde del caffè non compatibili con la macchina nemmeno 1 bottiglia di acqua disponibile
