One of the best theme decorated places we have been to. The kids loved it! Waterpark was amazing, and specially the water-bouncy castle. The terrance was very spacious and the whole room as well. Good AC.
It would have been a 10/10 stay if the beds wern't screaking. One move and the bed frame made a loud noice which was unpleasant when you move during the night. And one half of the waterpark was closed due to some contamination.

The hotel and facilities within the hotel were very clean and well maintained and the pirate theme was immense. The place oozed ‘pirate’ which was fabulous. The waterpark was appropriate for all ages and kept everyone entertained and cool.
The location wasn’t too good for us as a family of 7 as we didn’t have a car and taxis were outrageously expensive (200 euros to travel 7 km). Local transport links were poor/non existent so we couldn’t venture anywhere without it costing silly money.
Also we couldn’t take advantage of any of the entertainment as there was no English translation. Everything was in French which is understandable being in France, but we were surprised as other European holidays we have been on usually translate everything into several languages as they go along. This didn’t happen here so we couldn’t enjoy any entertainment and our little one couldn’t go to kids club due to the language barrier. All of this meant that our value for money was hugely impacted.

The decorations are super nice, great attraction for kids.
The stuff at the reception is very friendly. They helped us to book some external activities as we don’t speak French, and gave us good advice when we had an emergency and had to go to the hospital with our kid.
The so-called VIP service was basically non-existent. The guy who was supposed to serve the VIP zone did not appear there once in 5 days, he only served the VIP+ zone. The only point of the VIP zone is a free locker.
In the day of check out they allow to use the facilities but do not give you a simple locker for your staff, you have to pay 1 euro each time you open the locker to get your wallet or anything.
The restaurant is fine but for the Michelin prices you expect Michelin quality, right?
Extra charge of 100 euro for cleaning the kitchen in the room is kind of weird for the 4 star hotel.
