Cinta Sayang Resort

Location & quiet surroundings.

Room was basic. Wish the aircon blowers was facing the foot of the bed or elsewhere rather than directly at the head rest. This means the cold air is blowing into my face directly. Most hotels get this wrong. The bathroom has a strong & not too pleasant smell. If a safety rubber mat for people to shower in the long bath would be good as there are no safety bars & the long bath can be slippery.

The whole resort has a homely feel. Parking right in front of house. A solid big king size bed. Quiet environment. Wonderful selection of salad as well as local cuisines for its buffet breakfast. A well maintained 25 metres swimming pool. Housekeeping daily - the place is clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. We booked for two days. Ended up staying in this place for another six days - We just want a clean, nice, safe and relaxing place to chill

The house is a bit old but we do not mind because it is clean

Check in and out was a breeze by friendly helpful staff. The environment was serene. The rooms were unique, about 6 in each single-storey block. Large and spacious. I had a lovely walk around the resort ending in a swim and gym. The pool was massive with proper lanes. We found the door lock not functioning but the staff were quick to have it replaced.

Most of the gym equipment were broken and not safe to use.

I thought it is a 4* hotel but more of no * at all We booked 2 bedroom apartment and I thought its a chalet apartment but they put us at a quite scary tower service apartment, very quiet and deserted, since we are staying for 1 night we checkout early the next morning. Will not come back
