Please ensure that all towels, blankets, and foot mat are properly washed and clean. When I checked in, I wanted to use the towels but noticed that they had numerous stains, so I requested replacements. Unfortunately, the replacement towels also had several stains on them. The bed cover was also stained, with some marks that appeared to be bloodstains. This is very concerning and reflects poorly on the cleanliness of the room. Please review your laundry process and consider changing your detergent if necessary to ensure that all stains are properly removed. Most importantly, please take proper care of the room’s cleanliness and ensure that all towels, blankets, and other bedding are thoroughly cleaned before guests check in. Thank you.
