    Arrived at 4am, need to pay deposit rm50 and it was easy to get room key card with receptionist 24hrs and fully air-conditioning, staff all Friendly. U can ask for extra pillows etc depends on availability. Room was clean and pleasant smell. Toilet with high water pressure and water heater works really well and the space can fit like 3-4 adults . Comes with toiletries, hair dryer, 3 towels and 3 hangers, so if u guys need more hanger just bring your own. Water dispenser (coway) and iron facilities at outside which is the hall way (sharing). Please bring an extension wire because there are very few plug points like 1 at bed, 2 at coffee table. The sink for our room has issue which is leaking so we put dustbin under it. Aircond takes time to cooled down everytime coming back after long day outside. I hope there are parking prioties for customer. Overall it's was really good place to rest

    The Hotel outlook is beautiful. YET THE CLEANLINESS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE. Blood stains on bedsheet and we ultimately cancelled our room booking after 1 night stay. I ust admit that the staff attitude is good yet the cleanliness totally disappoint us. I hope the Urban top management can seriously look into this matter......you will never want to stay at a hotel with diry bedsheet and dirty flooring n etc.....speechless !
