Not our first visit!

The perfect location and great amenities makes this one hard to equal in Šabac. Good sized rooms and an air of professionalism makes your stay feel secure and sound. Dominated by it's ground floor sprawling restaurant, and flanking the square it's easy to locate. To be fair, it's crowing glory is the pool and spa area, the round shallow pool is perfect to linger in and great for kids, while adults can take turns sneaking into the sauna or other spa facilities. The spa has a separate lift for guests meaning you can comfortably change upstairs. It's not usually a busy hotel, so stints of alone time in the pool are quite possible. In previous visits the younger kids play room has also been a welcome distraction.

The drawback of going to THE hotel in a town is that it's also THE place to have events. It's not the youngest of buildings and loud parties vibrate the floor beneath the carpet. The high ceilings and study furnishings with good walls are let down by thinner celings. The spa facilities are also showing their age and the pool has an age restriction for evening swims that hits older kids. Little niggles rather than big complaints.

Unfortunately there wasn't much to like this time.

Room not functional. TV not working properly this time. Last time I couldn’t lock the door to my room. But what made it really unpleasant was the reception when I decided to leave. Zero professionalism or understanding for their own mistakes. I won't be coming back

Good hotel, but not a 4 stars level for international standards

Parking was very easy, just by the hotel, reserved to customers. The rooms was quite big and clean, although not at the level of a 4 star hotel, it absolutely needs to be refurbished, specially the bathroom, not absolutely a 4 start hotel one. Moquette is really no longer acceptable in 2025. No television was present in the bedroom, only in the living room The SPA is quite big and clean.

Good choice for a short business trip

The hotel is in the best possible location, right in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious and clean, and the rooms that are of a good size and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has a good offer of foods, not to big but okay for a shorter stay.

There is a real problem with the hotel parking. Staff says it is private, but everyone can access it and therefore it is often crowded. So if you arrive by car, make sure to reserve a spot in advance. In the hotel bar, staff is not very friendly or efficient. Service is very slow and they often simply ignore you in order not to have to serve you. This is not okay for a hotel of this category and with such (high) prices. The wellness and spa area was closed when I was there, with no prior announcement. So a good portion of the value of the hotel was lost.

Weekend at Sabac

Probably best location you can stay on in Sabac, around the corner from city center walkway. Pool is small, but it was not crowded at all, so we liked that. Saunas were great, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Exceptional

Very helpful personal. We had arrived earlier and they prepared our room sooner. Breakfast was very rich, great variety, helpful staff. Spa was with whirpool and Himalayan salt room. Two saunas - Finnish and steam.

It seems like time stops once you enter the hotel and you wish you don’t have to leave.

Welcoming staff very polite, room was decorated for our anniversary, there was even a letter from the staff. Beside 2 individuals, everyone seems to love their job and is making sure they bring the best out of it. Food is delicious.

Breakfast has many variations but sweet part doesn’t give many options, most of it is Pionir products (Hotel owners other company). Should include other Serbian or international brands. No smoking area beside the caffee.

The cleanest hotel ...

This hotel was so clean and so well maintained that we thought it was built yesterday. The staff was so nice , very helpful and very professional. And food is absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Smoking everywhere! Our room was nonsmoking room and it was fine but you can smell it even in the hallway.
