disappointing

I'm sure they have better rooms than the one I got. It seems that rooms on the second floor have a worse standard than the other one. Price on booking.com is higher than when you are booking directly from hotel. Very bad room standard, bad wifi.

Super cozy hotel that would benefit from better maintenance

Great staff in the hotel which was super nice and friendly Comfortable bed Well equipped room Minibar Good location in center

Huge dead bug on my bathroom window which was there even 2nd day so I removed him Floor could've been swept better Toilet was broken, had to turn off water to have calm sleep

I would not stay there again.

On the booking.com website the privat parking is mentioned, that is why I decided to book there rooms. The hotel receptionist rejected it and showed their website in their language where no parking should be stated. I couldn`t understand a word, but it was not interesting for the receptionist. The lady was very unpleasant and did not help, all was "my problem". The receptionist should send a sms each day for the parking, she forgot on one day and a ticket was issued with penalty. I gave it to the other, more polite receptionist. Rooms were pretty dirty.

Okay to stay for one night

We only stayed here for one night as we were travelling, we had a spacious room, the bathroom was good. Air-conditiong and WIFI worked well. We had a good breakfast in the restaurant. Personnel was friendly.

The beds weren't very comfortbale in our opinion.

Zvučna izolacija nije na najvišem nivou - ja sam bila u potkorvlju i čula sam muziku kroz zatvoren prostor, takođe nije najbolje urađena ni spoljna izolacija od haldonoće - osećao se hladan vazduh koji prolazi kroz prozor - to govori da majstor nije dobro uradio ovaj deo i da će gosti više koristiti grejanje / klimu, a to nije zelena mera / troši se više energenata jer nije uloženo u ovakve elemente
