Villa Pozzolo is located on the north-western edge of the "Grosseto Maremma". It is an old historic house for spending holidays in Tuscany.
The fantastic position of the house, located on top of a hill, offers a wide panoramic view of the territory from the Amiata, the territory of Siena and Montalcino and the Maremma.
Warm and quiet place where you can spend the evenings tasting excellent wines.

Five cozy apartments with independent entrance in an ancient and imposing medieval farmhouse to spend unique holidays.
The vineyards of the adjoining farm, with their meticulously cured rows of grapes, produce an excellent red wine.
The splendid swimming pool of the farmhouse and a welcoming wellness center make La Villa a unique place. The history of the Villa dates back to the mid-1100s.
The Antico apartment is located on the ground floor: it has a living room with dining area, TV and double sofa bed, kitchenette open onto the living room (small electric oven, pedestal fridge with freezer), a double bedroom with sofa bed and private bathroom with shower.

Nous voulions une bulle d’oxygène et nous l’avons eu ! 2 couples pour toute cette grande bâtisse, c’est juste impensable !! L’endroit est calme et paisible. Propreté des lieux et de la piscine irréprochable. Il n’y a pas de fascicules pour découvrir des lieux ou un resto sympa donc munissez-vous d’un guide ! Pour les courses alimentaires je vous conseille d’aller à Grosseto, il y a un grand centre commercial où on trouve tout ce qu’on veut avec gallérie marchande, petit resto sur le pouce et très bonnes glaces .
Je pense qu’il faudrait un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine et quelques produits comme de l’huile, vinaigre, sel etc... afin de ne pas avoir à tout acheter dès notre arrivée. Nous aurions aimé connaître l’histoire de votre bâtisse et goûter à votre production d’huile d’olive et/ou de vin, aujourd’hui nous ne savons toujours pas ce que vous produisez. Pourquoi pas un petit livret pour nous inciter à visiter des endroits hors de notre guide.
