Cosy, rustic house "Le Calle", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 13 km from the centre of Cinigiano, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.).
