We travelled as a family of 4, 2a, 2c age 7&9. Amazing location with view of the slopes. Great communication from the host. We were welcomed in person on arrival and we were able to check in at lunchtime. Clean apartment which was well equipped. So easy to get from the apartment to the boot room and onto the slopes, it is true ski in/out. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom and great to have a heated towel rail. Bakery a couple of doors down, lift across the road to access the centre of the resort. Wi-Fi is free in the building and worked fine for us. We had a great stay.

Very little to complain about but if I did have to pick something I would say that it would be good to have some really sharp knives for chopping.

Bastian met us personally to hand over the keys and was very welcoming. The location is perfect for ski in, ski out and access to local facilities (supermarket, restaurants etc)

It is a little small (especially for 4) but for 3 of us, it was ideal

Great views, well equipped kitchen with oil and other basics, boot warmers very welcomed in the ski lockers! Excellent WiFi.

Sofa wasn't very comfortable for all four of us to sit on, but good enough. TV also needs an upgrade, but perhaps screen free is a good thing every now and then

We enjoyed our stay at 405 very much. Spacious apartment with all equipment available you need. 2 seperate bedrooms with good beds. Supermarket, restaurants and skirental close around the building. And we dont forget the beautiful view on the slopes and mountains.
