Close to where we needed to be. Batemans bay pool for a championship meet
The shower had no door. So the whole bathroom was wet when I got out. It was clean but you could see if needed work.

It was clean for the lost part
Bed not comfortable, couch to Watch tv was a thin mat that did your back and bottom after a while. Getting up was an adventure.Wifi kept cutting out.
