This place was ideally situated for us - close to beach and a short drive to town. Quiet area. The house was very spacious but could do with an update in furnishings and above all a new sink! Airconitioning woulfd have been good too, as it was very humid and the house was not well ventilated.
The mainthing it lacked was outdoir furniture, and somewhere to cook outdoors. While it did have a bbq it was downstairs in the garage and too big and heavy to bri g outside. There was a lovely paved area looking straight out to sea, ideal for meals and drinks but no table to sit at and only a couple of folding chairs.
Having said all that, the beds ere very comfortbale and the bathrooms were dated but clean and great to use nd e enjoyed our stay here.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location with beach opposite. Short drive to Batemans Bay. Could do with a update with bedding and a few extra kitchen item and outdoor furniture. In saying that we would have no problem staying there again.

The property is in a great location, so close to the beach you can hear the wave's crashing. It's also close to Batemans Bay town centre so everything you need is only 5 mins drive away, so it' a perfect location for a weekend get away. The only minus points is the carpet could do with a clean and some of the crockery and cookware needs to be replaced, but overall we were very happy with the place and would stay again.
