The apartment community is in a quiet street a little further from the main touristy area and it was perfect for us. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Barry the owner is super quick in responding to all questions. Amazing beach and ocean view from the balcony. The community pool was good enough for us. We didn't use the Casino facilities that were also accessible to us.

I loved that the property was walking distance to the beach and had access to the casino next door. The photos look EXACTLY like the condo.
The parking was a little confusing. I understand that the location is a condo but there are only 7 allocated spots for the entire building. They were nice and we lucked up to get a spot every time.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, tolle Lage, perfekt ausgestattet, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht ist super und man ist zwar nah an Jaco dran, aber nicht mittendrin, sodass man seine Ruhe hat. Das Hotel nebenan kann über das Grundstück erreicht werden, das sind keine 30 Meter Entfernung. (Wir dachten, es wäre weiter weg)
Der Pool dort und alle Einrichtungen können genutzt werden. Das hat uns super gefallen: alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels, aber eine eigene Wohnung. Wachpersonal ist 24h vorhanden, wir haben uns aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher gefühlt.
Toller überdachter Balkon, riesig und man bekommt weder pralle Sonne, noch Regen ab.
Kaffee ist inklusive.
