There where 2 amazing pools and amazing staff service. People where very friendly and accomodating. We asked for cocktails that were not on the menu and we got them made anyway (thanks bartenders!). The towel lady was also amazing and adorable.
Something that has almost nothing to do with the hotel: children in the halls playing and disturbing other visitors. We had a room that was set for people with lack of mobility, but we didn't ask to change it.

Needs some updates on some spaces, like the double rooms should have queen beds, the doors looks old and the restaurant should be bigger, should have more options in the snack bar and at the main restaurant

Staff were very kind and friendly. Pools were very nice!
Rooms were awful. Air conditioner dripped so much we had to put a waste can under it to catch the water. Floors were extremely slippery, beds were not comfortable, it felt like an hourly hotel- just horrible. Also, very loud and didn’t feel secure.
