Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig und angenehm mit einer kleinen Terasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Herd und Backofen. Regensburg besitzt ein sehr gutes Nahverkehrsnetz!

Die Ausstattung der WOhnung ist super. besonders schön ist die kleine Terrasse, die wir viel genutzt haben- Ganz nett war der Willkommensgruß 2 frisch gebackene Muffins.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, Ein kleiner Hinweis; das Gläsersortiment müsste mal ergänzt werden,

Für eine Unterkunft während einer Veranstaltung an der Uni ist die Lage einfach genial: 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Busverbindungen in die Altstadt gibt es regelmäßig ab Uni. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man braucht - auch in der Küche. Selbstverpflegung ist gut möglich. Burgershop in der Nähe auch zu empfehlen. Vermieterin ist nett und zuvorkommend. Die kleine überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein. Bad neu renoviert.
Das Apartment ist im Souterrain, daher recht dunkel und kann bei großer Hitze ein wenig stickig werden. Die Terrassentür lässt sich aber kippen, sodass auch nachts frische Luft reinkommt.
