About this apartment rental

Unser hochwertig, kleines Altstadthaus liegt mitten im Zentrum von Regensburg: 2 Minuten zum Fürstlichen Schloss, 5 Minuten zum Neupfarrplatz, 10 Minuten zum Dom. Die Ferienwohnung (70qm) eignet sich für 4-6 Personen. Vom Eingang im 1. Stock gelangen Sie in eines der Schlafzimmer mit ausziehbarem Bett für zwei Personen (160 cm) und Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Etage ist mit einem Doppelbett (140 cm) und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Dahinter befindet sich ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, zwei Waschbecken und zwei Spiegelschränken. Vom oberen Schlafraum aus führt eine stilvolle Innentreppe hinunter ins Erdgeschoss zum Wohnbereich mit einem Esszimmertisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich außerdem eine kleine Einbauküche, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein kleiner Aufenthaltsraum mit ausziehbarer Couch und einem Flachbild-TV. Von dort aus gelangen Sie über die Balkontür zum idyllischen Garten im Hinterhof.

A great experience renting this apartment. We were fortunate to be able to rent the garage since the apartment is in the old town. Everything in the old town was in walking distance including shopping, restaurants, sights and groceries. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a very nice garden area & the apartment has a washing machine & drying racks. I would definitely recommend renting the apartment. The owner was very nice to deal with.
