Lage top, Wohnungsausstattung gut: man hat alles, was man braucht. Sauber und ordentlich, Kaffekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und Tabs für die Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Bad modern, Küche ok, Mobiliar in Ordnung.

Wohnung Goliath: Duschabfluss lief nur sehr langsam ab, Reinigung durch uns ohne Effekt. Vermieter daraufhin kontaktiert und um umgehende Erledigung gebeten. Vermieter versprach sofort vorbeizukommen, aber gebessert hat sich nichts. TK-Fach im Kühlschrank so vereist, dass es unbenutzbar war (das haben wir allerdings nicht moniert). Und: die Wohnung hat lt. Booking.com-website 2 Schlafzimmer und zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Darunter verstehe ich 2 Schlafzimmer, die jeweils durch eine Tür abgetrennt sind vom Rest der Wohnung. Was wir aber bekommen haben, war eine Wohnung mit 1 abgetrennten Schlafzimmer und 2 Betten oben auf der Galerie, die vom Wohnzimmer akustisch halt überhaupt nicht abgetrennt sind. Die Darstellung auf Booking.com ist also irreführend.

The accommodation is advertised as two beds and we requested the sofa bed be made up for our stay. Upon arrival the sheet on the sofa bed did not cover the mattress and upon closer inspection, was not actually a sheet, but an upside down curtain!?!? And instead of the sofa having its own bedding, the pillow and blanket was taken from the main bed to be used on the sofa, leaving the main bed without sufficient bedding. The host did rectify the curtain situation, but not the additional bedding on request. The dishwasher was also full upon our arrival. I reported this to the host too and requested it be unpacked when they resolved the sofa bed. Unfortunately this didn’t happen. The apartment was on the 3rd floor. Not something the host can help, but it was a challenge to get our luggage, baby and pram up all the flights of stairs
