Localização muito boa e limpeza acima da média.

Personnel très gentil et compréhensif. Appartement propre et confortable. Bien placé pratique sur ce soit en bus ou à pieds.

O apartamento estava super limpo, tem uma boa localização e é bem aconchegante além de contar com um terraço que dá um sensação de liberdade. Tem o básico de todos os utensílios para não precisar comer fora. A pé, vc precisa estar disposto a andar pq há muitas ladeiras e escadarias até a Ribeira por exemplo, mas de Uber é super rápido. A senhora Adriana foi muito receptiva.
Nada a reclamar. Acredito que condiz como anunciado além de contar com o básico de tudo.

Zentrumsnahe große Unterkunft mit einem großen Balkon und einer Waschmaschine. Relativ ruhige Nachbarn, mehrere Zimmer, Supermarkt direkt unten. Einrichtung ok. Sehr nah an der Innenstadt und günstig.
Balkon und Balkonmöbel waren mit Möwenkot bedeckt. Die Dusche schimmelte und muss dringend mal wieder richtig gesäubert werden. Waschbecken im Bad tropft dauerhaft und im Abflussloch befinden sich viele Würmer die ins Waschbecken krabbeln. Außerdem zu wenig Besteck. (z.B. nur ein Weinglas)
