Apartment on the second floor without a lift.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, with speed also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Ideal for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with several public transport options nearby including metro and bus.The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed, with a maximum capacity to accommodate 4 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, a hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine.Both the bed linen and towels are provided and sanitised by a professional laundry service, and shampoo and shower gel are included.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, and napkins are provided for the first few days.In-person check-in from 3pm to 2am. Please note that there is a late check-in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrival.All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner and complete the online check-in on our system to access the property. A security deposit may be requested, and this amount will be shown before completing your booking.Parties, any kind of noise or disturbance in the neighbourhood are completely prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any noise complaints.
