This link detached cottage is in the village of Backbarrow near to Newby Bridge and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Hazel Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Backbarrow just one mile from Newby Bridge. The cottage can sleep four people in one super king-size double bedroom and one king-size double which are both en-suite as well as ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Hazel Cottage is a superb cottage for a romantic all-year-round holiday.
Amenities: Bio-mass central heating with ground floor underfloor heating, radiators on first floor and woodburner. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Blue-ray, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ and shared use of estates extensive grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on the estate tarn/lake at certain times of the year by prior arrangement with owner. Environmental license required. Note: Due to tarn/lake and hot tub, children must be supervised at all times. Note: WiFi suitable for browsing only. Note: Maximum 4 guests plus 1 infant. Check in and check out days are Fridays and Mondays only.
