Friendly and very welcoming

Our daughter loved that the stables were directly opposite our door. The owner and the yard girls were very friendly and welcoming. The dogs and horses and cat also were very friendly. We enjoyed bonding as a family and having a game of monopoly out all week.

The double bed was really uncomfortable we could feel every spring in it. So much so that both of us resorted to sleeping on top of the duvet for extra padding and using our own blanket to cover us up. The headboard was also not attached to the double bed The mattress was also incredibly noisy just to sit on let alone move around during the night. Personally think this could do with a new mattress for this bed. There was no baking trays to be able to cook properly. The swimming pool and hot tub were communal not specifically for the house like listed they were also very dirty lots of leaves in the bottom and not cleaned regularly. The pool was also freezing cold. The washing machine and tumble dryer were clean them selves but the area where they are stored were not it was full of leaves cob webs straw/hay from the horses a broken glass showers door which is particularly unsafe. The bathroom door every time you opened and closed it you could see the bottom hinge pulling out which ment that unless you pushed the bottom of the door so the hinge went back the door wouldn’t shut properly. There was a lot of cobwebs around the property inside so could do with a duster being used to get rid of them.
