A happy and satisfying week.

Self catering, warm and cosy. Good TV comfy bed. Location good for us.

Access lane narrow, not unusual for Cornwall. Sometimes quite busy.

Friendly helpful hosts, nice relaxation area with pool, hot tub and sauna.

Breakfast wasn't included but basics like milk, tea, coffee etc were provided. Because of local traffic issues and road closures we found it difficult to find the property on the first day.

Overall it served the purpose we needed in the location close to our family we were visiting.

Superb

We loved the cosy,comfortable cottage and the surrounding equestrian centre and fields to walk around. It was lovely to walk outside and stroke the horses every morning. Location was perfect for travelling to different places around Cornwall and Devon. Andy and Kathryn were so friendly and helpful too and couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Found the shower tricky to use and not as powerful as we would like.
