In the resort, in the district Valle Verzasca, in a quiet position, 100 m from the river. Private: garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m extra. Grocery 3 km, bus stop "Gerra, Al Ponte" 150 m, railway station "Locarno Muralto" 26 km, outdoor swimming pool 29 km, public bathing area 29 km. Golf course (18 hole) 33 km, minigolf 30 km, walking paths from the house 1 m.
