Casa Kaia Verzasca is a charming historic property nestled in the heart of the Verzasca Valley, in the tranquil village of Gerra Verzasca. Surrounded by lush nature and just steps from the river, it’s the ideal retreat for families, couples, or elderly guests seeking peace, wellness, and relaxation. The area offers marked walking paths through the enchanting Verzasca woods and mountains, perfect for gentle strolls or more adventurous hikes. The house offers a large private garden with a wood-burning barbecue and outdoor tables, ideal for relaxed aperitifs or cosy summer dinners under the stars.
This rustic, 3-bedroom home spans multiple levels and sleeps up to 6 guests. The ground floor features an authentic stone floor, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, cooker hob, an electric oven, a stove, a Nespresso machine, and a fridge with freezer. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with a bath and washing machine, along with two bedrooms (one twin and one double), and another double room on the top floor—all with peaceful mountain views. Its serene atmosphere and easy ground-floor access make it suitable for elderly visitors as well.
