It is located on a sunny hillside above the village in the countryside. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Magadino plain, a little further away the lake and the surrounding mountain range. Next to the house entrance there is the covered seating area with garden furniture and another open granite stone terrace. Slightly offset there is the typical pergola with granite table and outdoor barbecue. Small south-facing balcony. Driveway until house, 2 open parking spaces. Bus stop, shops about 2,5 km. Lake about 5 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Pets permitted.
