It was very clean and the location was good. The staff was helpful.
Facilities need some maintenance. The toilet was wonky, a door was missing for the shower and the water changed between hot and cold a lot (could for your circulation 😉)

Location was super comfortable for our stay.
It took a short while to get a room key working, then a part of shower bracket fell off - all was fixable but indicated that the maintenance could be a bit better. There is no good soundproofing which can be a problem for those who enjoy early nights.

Good location in Batumi. Room was clean.
No elevator, so bags had to be carried to the room floor. They were unable to switch a lightbulb in my room, despite repeated reminders. Bathroom door wouldn’t entirely close.
