Villa mare Is a great place because there is a splendid view over the sea and the sunsets are magnificent.

The property has changed hands and they should do some work on the individual appartements. I came for the fourth time. This time the fridge didn‘t work properly, they didn‘t do anything about it. Several essential things in the kitchen were missing, bottle opener, tin opener. Contact was difficult to the office. The spot is so brilliant , it is such a pity that they don‘t do more work on the appartements.

The location was excellent!!! The water pressure from the shower was great and plenty of hot water for all four of us to shower. Very clean apartment, and just the perfect size for a family of four. The double bed was comfortable for my husband and I.

I disliked the sofa bed. I like my older kids to have a real bed

Great view but not great price value ratio

It is worth it to spend a little bit more money to be at the beachfront. Especially the sunsets are incredible :)

For us was it hard to understand of their priorities of utilities. For example no hand soap ( its still covid time !!!), only one roll of toilet paper (4 nights 3 people) and in the kitchen no basic cooking essentials ( like oil, vinegar, salt or pepper). Some of them were quite unexpected so please prepare for that.

Not bad but nothing special

The sea view is nice. Beautiful sunset.

Big windows is nice, but they were really dirty. Not any piece of interior decor to feel romantic in such a place. Very superficial and inaccurate finishing of the apartment. Windows through visible from outside so you miss privacy as many people go around. Check out at a.m. 9.30-10.00 could be too early. Also would not recommend the restaurant outside - very expensive, good location but careless service. As I have been in many places on Elba, I can say - the most beautiful views are free of charge all over the island and much more marvelous hotels/apartments with a personal touch cost the same or even less. Be prepared, the beach in this village is all over stone. Hard to sunbathe and get in the sea.

The appartment is super basic, too expensive for what it is. But wonderful location on the sea

Location is amazing

The flat is very basic for the price. Nothing was in the flat, no cleaning liquids, salt pepper, oil... no basic amenities. No love! Terrace was not with a sea view as the description makes you believe, but on a little road. Although the sofa bed was available there were no sheets for it. Have to pick up the keys and sign in in Portoferraio which is an hour drive from the flat.

Front see view nice place

Place is fantastic, panoramic see view ,first line, directly on the wild beach! Water quality is super, clean and beautiful. Everything was comfortable, even Restaurant was in the house.the dinner with Sunset is beautiful there.

Calme, lumineux avec une vue splendide!

La grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, la propreté des lieux, l accueil, les réveils au soleil avec le bruit de la mer et le calme général.

Les terrasses sont mitoyennes, donc l' intimité n est pas toujours au top bien que ce soit tout à fait acceptable. Comme il y a plusieurs appartements, on peut parfois entendre les autres locataires, notamment dans les couloirs.

Direkt am Meer mit toller Terrasse.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, was wirklich super ist. Unsere Terrasse war das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, das Bad ist offensichtlich vor nicht allzulanger Zeit saniert worden und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Ein Restaurant und eine Bar befinden sich direkt daneben und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Unsere Terrasse kann anscheinend von der Nachbarwohnung mit genutzt werden (zumindest wurde sie das bei unserem Aufenthalt). Ist an sich nicht schlimm, man sollte nur beim Check-In darauf vorbereitet werden. :)

Liefdeloos, kaal appartement met zeer slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

De lokatie is heel goed.

Appartement is heel kaal ingericht. Keuken miste vrijwel alles: geen oven, tosti apparaat, waterkoker. Het is een kaal, liefdeloos appartement die alleen om geld verdienen draait voor de eigenaren.

Il nostro appuntamento era sopra la scogliera, panorama meraviglioso da tutte le stanze si vede e si sente il mare, stanze spaziose e luminose, aria condizionata funzionante.

Il parcheggio non sempre facile da trovare, a volte un po' più distante, materassi diversi da come siamo abituati.

Sporco e maltenuto

Posizione

Sporco: pavimento della camera con polvere e peli/capelli, in bagno peli e capelli. Federa macchiata di sangue. Porta scorrevole del bagno rotta che restava completamente aperta, senza nessuna possibilità nemmeno di socchiuderla. Puzza di fogna sia nella camera che nel terrazzo.

Posizione stupenda, direttamente sulla scogliera. Appartamento completo di tutto. Letto comodo. Il paese di Pomonte molto carino e caratteristico. .

Purtroppo, come già segnalato anche da altri , la luce proveniente dal terrazzo sottostante e lasciata accesa dagli ospiti tutta la notte crea disturbo e impedisce di ammirare la bellezza del mare e del cielo stellato.

Pagata la vista

La posizione ed il terrazzo sul mare.

Il gas in cucina non funzionava e non abbiamo potuto farci la colazione....mancavano le tende in camera, la doccia tutta incrostata, per 120 euro a notte i primi di aprile senza colazione si pretenderebbe che il tutto sia controllato e in perfette condizioni, visto che non siamo in pieno casino dell'alta stagione ed il tempo per la manutenzione c'è stato.....
