Room was very clean, dinner was good, restaurant personnel excellent.

Reception: it was a mess. They are not reading booking messages, so they had no ideas we are 1 extra person. After 40 minutes they managed to solve it. But as we were a group of 9 people we were supposed to pay separately as I wrote them on messenger. But because they don't read those , they charged my card for all group. At first she didn't want to return money, told.me why I gave my card number when I made booking ? WTF? Next day when everyone paid , she told me that she will send it next week. She didn't know to use the card terminal, only to charge. Any other transaction was chinese language to her. When I did not like her options, finally she agreed to give back cash, which I said ok. So basically everything was ok, ( she did not speak any language other than German) but it was highly unprofessional, that she did not know to use terminal, booking.com, messenger, or any other languages... On the reception should have highly trained personnel, not how this older lady was.

Für ein paar Tage Skifahren durchaus okay

MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich. Sämtliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Genug Parkplätze, guter Skikeller, nahe beim Lift.

Keine individuell einstellbare Heizung, da zentral gesteuerte Fußbodenheizung. Keine Möglichkeit das Skizeug zu trocken, da es keinen Heizkörper gibt. Spuren der Vorgänger im Bad (Haare, Zahnpastaflecken).

Absolut nicht zum Empfehlen

Da gab es nichts.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht uns bekamen zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Lüften war nicht möglich, da die Zimmer direkt vor dem Spielplatz einerseits und andererseits direkt vor der Restaurantterrasse waren. Es war sehr heiß, leider keine Klima. Im Zimmer hänge dicke grüne Vorhänge, die keine Luft durchlassen. Entweder ist es heiß und stickig im Zimmer oder hell (keine Rollos) und jeder hat Einblick in das Zimmer. Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Kinder haben noch bis 22h vor unserem Zimmerfenster gespielt. Auf den Hinweis an die Hotelbesitzerin, bekam ich als Antwort:" Wollen Sie wirklich mit den Kindern streiten". Absolut nicht an der Lösung interessiert gewesen. Der Flön im Zimmer ist sehr schlecht. Wenn man lange Haare hat, ist es unmöglich, mit dem diese zu trocknen. In der Früh war es im Zimmer recht schnell, keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln. Die Betten sind sehr weich!!! Außerdem wurden die Rosen auf der Restaurantterrasse vor 8h gegossen und die Kinder haben fleißig vir unserem Fenster gespielt. Lediglich das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr unflexibel. Al wir die Bestellung aufgegeben haben, wollte meine Tochter doch etwas anderes essen. Die Kellnerin war noch bei unserem Tisch und meine nur: "Ich habe die Bestellung bereits aufgegeben und kann es nicht mehr ändern." Fazit: Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht. Eine weitere Nacht wäre nicht zum Aushalten.

1，酒店环境很美，二楼的房间正对着远山景区，视野非常好。 2，距离Pichl b.Schladming Bahnhst火车站1.8公里，走过来也就十几分钟，也可以走到公路边乘坐900路公交车，2个站即到，走到马路对面过桥就是了。 3，酒店负一层有洗衣房，可以洗+烘，很方便。 4，服务员态度非常好，房间也很干净，提供洗浴用品和洗手液，有毛巾和浴巾，没有牙具。房间还提供一次性拖鞋和吹风机。 5，住宿费包含了景区缆车门票，可以上到山顶俯瞰施拉德明小镇。 6，同时门票是一张房卡，背后印有顾客的名字，很有纪念意义。

早餐比较简单，选择性不多，建议增加烤面包机

Ein perfekter Ort, um in den steirischen Bergen zu verweilen

Das Hotel erfüllt schlicht alles, was man sich in den steirischen Bergen wünschen kann. Das Hotel ist neu oder auf einem neuen Stand, äusserst geschmackvoll und ansprechend. Die Hotelleitung und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist nicht in einem grossen Ort mit viel Betrieb, man ist sofort im Grünen. Urlaubsfüllende Aktivitäten sind in grosser Zahl in der näheren Umgebung erreichbar. Geeignet auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radsportler. Ich würde jedenfalls jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Campingplatz, der aber nicht weiter stört. Ebenfalls ist die Talstation einer Sesselbahn für den Winterbetrieb nebenan, die im Sommer nicht den überwältigenden, optischen Charme verströmt. Sie ist aber vom Hotel aus kaum zu bemerken.
