Very comfortable apartment five minutes walk from the ski lifts!

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Kristall. From the very start, we were positively impressed by by the friendly, helpful and welcoming manager. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and bathrooms clean and modern. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk to the Reiteralm cable car ski lift. There is a locker / drying room for skis and boots. Perfect for our skiing holiday. We could have stayed longer and hope to stay again.

Can not recommend nor are we going back

They want you to take shoes off downstairs like most or all people seem to do, however its not explained if there are any shoes to wear instead of if you are expected to walk around the hotel in socks. Also the bathrooms do not have soap, which I find cheap as you can’t even wash hands not to mention taking a shower after skiing.

Great facility which we enjoyed very much. Petra - the host was extremely friendly and most helpful.

The experience in the Pension was good and I like their policy own leaving the shoes in the foyer. I did have my Birkenstocks with me, but that's because I take them on holiday with me, 😂 but I think it would be helpful to inform guests at the time of booking (unless of course I missed it lol) that there's a policy of not going beyond the foyer with your shoes. The property is very clean and well presented. Breakfast was pleseant and the Wellness suite was very good indeed with the various options you can expect in a well catered for facility. There's also ample parking space directly infront of the property. Just a word of caution, if you are approaching Audorf (the street where the Pension is located) from Altenmarkt/ Radstadt, the entrance to Audorf is somewhat concealed and you could easily go past it (especially in the dark)- but you can turn around just about 100mtrs away at the junction. The pension is ideally located for Skiers as its only a short walk to the Reiterarm Silverjet Ski Gondola - which was a Godsend as we did not have to drive anywhere to Ski. Reitalm gondola takes you up to the middle station and from there a whole world of pistes in the Schladming area opens up. Overall a very plesant experience and based on the quality and location - Will definitely be coming Back.

There wasn't much not to like apart from that during our time there, it did not snow and in fact rained on some of the days. This was the first time id experienced lack of snow in the winter ( I suppose Global warming is to blame for that). More importantly though, there was plenty of snow on the pistes and therefore our snowboarding was not compromised. 👍🏼

Great pension walking distance from Reiteralm ski lifts. Clean and very nice room and facilities. Great WI-FI connection. The owners are amazing and friendly.

Perfect place to rest between wonderfull days on nice slopes

Perfect location with close access to Reiteralm and Hochwurzen areas. Well organized and cozy accomodation. While close to a main road and railroad, no noise is noticable. Breakfast is variable and tasty.

Cosy passion with super breakfast and rooms.

Good location, close to the ski lift. Delicious food with wide selection, really super breakfast, you can find everything you need! Is you are gluten sensitive that is also not problem, they solve that! Clear and cosy sauna and steamroom with free sauna tower. Ski storage room is also very good. A very kind owners, thank you!

Určite opäť prídeme!

Vyborne ranajky, mily a ochotny personal, saunovy svet nad ocakavania. Pohodlne postele a hoci sa penzion nachadza pomerne blizko cesty, tak je tichy. Do 5min chodzov je nastup na lanovku.

Za mierny (nepodstatny) nedostatok som povazovala, ze chybali sklenene pohare na izbach ale ked sme si vypytali, tak nam ich hned ochotne poskytli.

Moc dobrá snídaně. Skvělá sauna. Možnost menší večeře připravené na počkání. Ochotná a milá paní provozní. Jen 0,5 km od lanovky/vleku.

Na pokoji chybí mýdlo :-( Penzion je blízko hlavní silnice, někoho to může rušit.
