É um imóvel com entrada independente, garagem para um carro, cozinha grande com fogão, geladeira com freezer e diversos eletrodomésticos. Quarto grande com cama e bom colchão e um banheiro com chuvtiro muito bom. Está a pouca distancia do centro historico da cidade.
