Podejście do gości - bardzo serdeczne i pomocne, atmosfera niemal rodzinna. Czystość, super wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja, mięciutkie ręczniki, możliwość zrobienia sobie herbaty, kawy w pokoju. Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadania - w formie bufetu, ale z możliwością zamówienia np. jajecznicy na maśle lub boczku. Codziennie były na stole świeże, pyszne ciasta do kawy oraz owoce. Ogromny atut to parking i bliskość Starego Miasta. "Kanclerzu", proszę nie popsuj się. Chciałabym wrócić w Twoje gościnne progi, jak tylko znów odwiedzę Zamość.
Absolutnie nic :) Myślałam, że bliskość torów będzie męcząca, ale nie - okno dobrze izolowało od hałasu.

Bardzo przyjazna i wręcz rodzinna obsługa. Czułem się jak bym był w odwiedzinach u rodzinny. Poza tym bardzo czysto i super wygodnie.

Hôtel plein de charme, dans les parties communes comme dans la chambre. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bouteille d'eau et bouilloire dans la chambre. Personnel très aimable et particulièrement serviable. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner. Hôtel très bien situé.
Un coffre-fort serait appréciable, mais c'est un point mineur.
