The best location in town. Many restaurants and shops around. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for great hospitality and hopefully see you again, soon.

Perfectly located, historic center and right next to a huge parking lot. New rooms, very well organized, loved the keyless everything and self check in. The coffee machine, the water, the jacuzzi, the kitchen, the tv, all are excellent touches, just perfect for us.
The two bedroom suite is a bit awkward as to get to the the parents bedroom (two beds) you have to walk through the kids bedroom. There is no way to remedy it really, just a minor disadvantage.

Rooms had new furniture and were clean and comfortable, with hot showers, very helpful staff and a terrific location right in the old town. There’s a small grocery shop conveniently right downstairs, too. A large spread was put out for breakfast and they provided some vegan options upon advance request.
If driving to Zamość, be aware that the hotel has only 3 free parking spots that are first-come, first-served. There’s also plenty of municipal parking right downstairs, which is free overnight, but you’ll need to display a paid ticket (roughly 4 PLN per hour) after 8am most days.
