The receptionist on the other hand was smiley and helpful in any way she could.
We didn't have towels upon arrival until the next day midday. TV wasn't working either, the boiler main switch was down so no hot water one day until they turned it on on the reception. Parking on the street is "forbidden" since owner of the hotel across the street uses it as his private parking (do not expect a barrier, sign or anything official, only pseudo entitled bitter person).
