New building with new furniture and cosy beds, big balcony, very friendly hosts, suprisingly big apartment with two bathrooms, two toilets, and two balcony, well equipped kitchen. A peaceful, sandy and not crowded beach is about 10 min walk. All in all, very good place for staying!

The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. Also, the location was quite near to the beach and city center( app. 10 min. on foot) . I'd like to prefer to stay there next time too.

Its a family business and as it is the owner and his parents are doing a great job. Very nice and polite people, smiled and ready to assist. Very clean place. For some people the location could looks like a problem but actually its only 10 mins away from the beach and town centre, so when you compare the distance with the chance to relax on calm and quite place, its really worthy. I can't say I didn't like it but the restaurant spot was not ready yet. I spoke with the owner and this is kind of new place, only 3 years old and opened doors in very bad and hard times for the industry, so the management need some time to get everything in place and going. So that is not a criticism but only mention this nice place needs to have a place to get a breakfast ect.

We spent one week there and had a good time. New location, large room, free WiFi, good communication with the owner, including English. Place to park right in front of the building. No bad smells inside the room, nice view from the balcony, flat screen Tv, good and large enough fridge. Garbage bin was emptied daily, the towels were changed after 3 days.

There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the door open to get some fresh air in the evening, but there were no insect screens. The bathroom was new and clean, but the appliances were already working quite bad: the tap from the sink was barely moving, the one from the shower kept switching off the shower, you had to leave it on high pressure to work. The drainage in the floor was a bad design or missing some part, because the smell was coming inside the bathroom, we had to cover it with a bag. The walls between rooms were a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors an they could hear us too.
