Very good location. A park for kids nearby. A grocery store around 5-10 minutes walk. A beach is only 100 meters away. Kind hosts.
Bad bed sheets (flat sheets instead of fitted sheets - they slip off a mattress), lack of toilet paper, a "smell" in a room and a toilet on the first day or two (perhaps no air conditioning)
