Täuschung statt Komfort: Diese "Suite" ist ein trauriger Witz aus den 70ern – nie wieder!

„Die Suite im Haus Klosterblick – oder: Wie man Gästen mit einem alten Sofa und einem gurgelnden Kühlschrank den letzten Nerv raubt“ Gebucht habe ich über Booking.com eine „Suite“ im Haus Klosterblick in Kröv an der Mosel. Schon vor der Anreise dachte ich mir: Ach, fragen wir doch mal höflich ein paar Dinge an. Drei einfache Fragen über das Nachrichtensystem von Booking – Antwort? Keine. Funkstille. Totenfunk. Vielleicht war das WLAN auch gerade wieder im Jahr 1972. Also: angerufen. Ein Wunsch geäußert – immerhin telefonisch jemand erreicht. Umgesetzt wurde davon natürlich nichts. Aber hey, schön, dass man mal wieder mit jemandem sprechen durfte, der offensichtlich keine Lust hatte. Positiv – ja, das gibt’s auch: Uns wurde direkt eine Garage für die Motorräder angeboten. Großzügig, leicht zugänglich – ein echtes Highlight. Vermutlich auch das einzige, das dem Jahr 2025 entspricht. Danach ging’s steil bergab.

Enttäuschung mit Ansage – „Suite“ im Haus Klosterblick, Kröv Gebucht über Booking.com: eine Suite im Haus Klosterblick. Erwartet: Komfort. Erhalten: Frust. Bereits vor Anreise drei einfache Fragen über das Nachrichtensystem gestellt – nie beantwortet. Nachtelefoniert, Wunsch geäußert – wurde ignoriert. Immerhin: Eine Garage für die Motorräder wurde direkt angeboten – geräumig und praktisch. Der einzige Pluspunkt. Was ist eigentlich eine Suite? Laut Definition: Eine großzügige, hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft mit getrenntem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, meist stilvoll möbliert. Was wir bekamen: Einen einzigen Raum mit einem schmalen Doppelbett, knarzenden Stühlen, einem durchgesessenen Sofa, einem lauten, röchelnden Kühlschrank – und keinerlei Minibar. Die Möblierung: ein Relikt aus den 70ern. Laut Gastgeber auch nie verändert. Der Begriff Suite ist hier nicht falsch, sondern Täuschung. Das Bad: Eine extra schmale Dusche, daneben ein kleines Waschbecken, unmittelbar gefolgt von der Toilette. Der Abstand reicht nicht aus, um vernünftig zu sitzen – die Nutzung ist schlicht unbequem. Zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier – ohne Ersatz. Die Handtücher? Ein Flickenteppich aus Jahrzehnten. Rau, alt, farblos. Das Duschtuch erinnerte mehr an eine Pferdedecke als an Hotelwäsche. Frühstück: Brötchen zäh, Aufschnitt lieblos. Keine Rücksicht auf Vorlieben. Kaffee knapp, Milch wurde spärlich nachgereicht. Kam man um 9 Uhr, waren Säfte leer – und wurden nur widerwillig nachgefüllt. Freundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige. FIch bin selten so verärgert, enttäuscht und schlichtweg getäuscht worden wie hier. Das, was uns als Suite verkauft wurde, war nichts weiter als ein aus der Zeit gefallenes Zimmer mit dem Charme eines Fernfahrer-Motels in der Nachwende-DDR. Und ja, ich denke tatsächlich darüber nach, juristisch gegen diese irreführende Beschreibung vorzugehen. Das hier war kein kleines Missverständnis – das war Täuschung mit Ansage.

Ein herrlicher Kurzurlaub, zum abschalten

Uns persönlich gefällt die alte Einrichtung, Eiche rustikal. Der Hausherr, der immer einen guten Spruch auf den Lippen hat, die einfach eingerichteten Zimmer und die Ruhe beim Frühstück. Und natürlich die herrliche Aussicht auf die Mosel

Gemütliche Pension mit toller Lage

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf Mosel, Klosterruine und Weinberge. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und u. A. Kühlschrank, um Wein kühl zu halten. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Das Frühstück umfangreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Die Hausherren hilfsbereit und nett. Gute und freundliche Bewirtung.

Umgebung ist schön. Alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Schöne wander routen.

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Was mir gefällt hat, ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, hätte gerne abends Tee getrunken.

Erholsamer Rad- Urlaub an der Mosel

Unser erster Rad- Urlaub an der Mosel war toll ! Super Empfang durch den Gastgeber, der uns mit der Schlüsselübergabe kurz das Wichtigste für unseren Aufenthalt erklärt hat. Die Pension und das Grundstück darum ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und für unsere Ebikes gab es eine große abschließbare Garage. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Mosel war wie bei der Buchung beschrieben, auch ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das leckere Frühstück wurde serviert und unsere Wünsche dabei berücksichtigt. Wir haben durch den Gastgeber viel Interessantes von der Moselregion erfahren und konnten über lustige Begebenheiten schmunzeln, die er uns erzählte.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln !!!
