Perfect location. Really close to the ferry station. I believe that this place is the most luxurious on the island. The breakfast is nice with a chef making you eggs the way you like them. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The location for sunsets, the breakfast, room was large, clean, and very nice,, Andy the host was very helpful and available, distance from loud music from Don Det but close enough to enjoy bars and restaurants when and if you want.

Value for money. The entrance is a construction zone and once off the ferry we could not figure out where to go. Construction still underway (probably for a long time as one or two workers just banging away during daylight on concrete frame). I had read from previous reviews of this in March but I thought would be complete by Nov. High ratings were probably from when hotel had pool, much larger footprint before division of property selling pool and land for huge construction beside hotel. There is a large amount of nicer hotels and restaurants that are quiet, offer pool on Don Khon. They will pick you up from ferry on Don Det by tuk tuk and we will go to that island when we visit again as we dont need the loud and smoky bars. We felt Don Det would be great for young backpackers.
