The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space to put clothes and stunning window wall to look out at the Mekong. We loved the terrace with the hammock, table and chairs.

The restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast available - even though on booking.com it stated it would be available for a fee we were told that there were not enough guests. The hotel has 4 rooms and we were renting out half of them and honestly were disappointed. Even though the room was nice and comfortable we didn’t find it was good value for money, we payed 25euro per room in off season. There are very similar guesthouses for far less in the same area. The owner asked if we had already purchased our bus ticket to continue the journey towards Cambodia, and suggested we purchase from Him. This turned out to be a mistake, we asked for a ticket for the Vet air express and instead were sold something to other multiple companies which required additional stops, changing vehicle, waiting over two hours on the Cambodian side, the journey towards Siem Reap ended up taking 12 hrs. We know this is not the hotel’s responsibility but they should have been transparent about selling us tickets to a different company than the one we asked for. In addition to this, we forgot something on the bus and when we called the hotel to kindly help us trace the name of the company and maybe a contact they never bothered to send us anything, despite several follow up messages. For this reason, we would recommend staying somewhere where customers are actually valued.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer und große überdachte Terrasse mit zwei Hängematten, Tisch und Stühlen, auf der man auch bei Sonne/Regen super relaxen kann.Schöner Ausblick auf den Fluss. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fahrräder kann man direkt in der Unterkunft mieten. Die Brücke nach Don Det und zum Sonnenuntergang ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Restaurants in Laufnähe. Im Restaurant der Unterkunft gibt es sehr leckeres Essen, es schließt aber leider bereits um 17:00 Uhr. Der mit viel Liebe zubereitete laotische Milchkaffe ist super.

Lage und Ausstattung sind gut.

- Geräusche!!! Ich war nur eine Nacht da, zum Glück, denn direkt an der Anlage sind einige kleine Boote, wo die ganze Zeit Lärm war. Also mich hatte es jedenfalls gestört. -Dadurch, dass die seitlichen Wände an der Terrasse weit nach vorne gezogen sind, kann man den schönen Blick auf den Fluss und die Landschaft eigentlich nur am vordersten Stück der Terrasse genießen. - Relativ teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Guesthouses in der Nähe
