B&B Bedda Ista

Desde antes de llegar al B/B la comunicación fue fantástica con Elena. Preocupada de todos los detalles. Muy fácil llegar. Las instalaciones son preciosas, la habitación enorme, decorada con muy buen gusto. Puedes hacer tu propio desayuno con los ingredientes que Elena tiene especialmente según tus gustos ... realmente un lujo.

The location was secluded and very tranquil relatively high up the mountain with a lovely view of the sea from the terrace where I had my morning coffee. The coffee is excellent. The proprietors are extremely accommodating and catered for my lactose and gluten intolerance. There’s a great choice for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly with fresh towels given. I’ve yet to find a comfortable double bed on my travels but that didn’t detract from my stay as I managed to sleep. Plenty of parking, umbrella available for the beach. Deck chairs and a gazebo for relaxing. I found the location very convenient to explore the north east of Sardinia. So many beaches, I visited 4. The B&B is only 20 mins drive from San Pantaleo market (every Thursday) which I also recommend.

O quarto é amplo limpo e confortável! E a casa da Elena e do Raimundo é mt bonita e bem cuidada. Com uma linda vista. Elena sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, nos ajudou em tudo. Café da manhã ótimo! Nao temos nada a reclamar.

Die Gastgeberin war aufdringlich mit der Vorauszahlung vor Ankunft obwohl die Kreditkarte als Garantie hinterlegt war. Es wurde uns ein Sumuplink zugestellt, welcher anfänglich nicht funktionierte. Danach wurde uns nach etwa 1 Stunde gedroht, dass bei nicht Bezahlung über den sumuplink die Buchung annulliert würde. Sie hätte bereits andere Gäste, welche das Zimmer übernehmen. Ist nicht gerade die Art und Weise wenn man so als Familie mit zwei Kindern unterwegs ist. Wir reisten dann früher in die Unterkunft um direkt vor Ort zu begleichen. Die Dame war dann nicht mehr vor Ort. Nach weiteren Versuchen gelang es uns schliesslich den Betrag über den Sumuplink zu bezahlen. Als wir dann vor Ort die Gastgeberin trafen wurde nicht einmal mehr nachgefragt über die Komplikationen des Sumuplink. Man hat einfach im Booking unsere Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert... wir dachten zuerst wir hätten ein Problem mit der Kreditkarte. Was sich dann schliesslich nicht so herausstellte.
