This attractive apartment complex is located in the northeast of Olbia, in the fishing village Golfo Aranci. The modernly furnished holiday apartment has a living/dining area with sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first-class equipped open kitchen with dishwasher offers everything for a common meal with the whole family. Additional amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV and a washing machine. Furthermore, the child-friendly holiday apartment is equipped with a cot, a baby bed and a high chair. Two large double doors lead from the living room to the bright sun terrace with unique sea and mountain views. In less than 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the centre of Golfo Aranci, where you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is only 500 m away (a 5-minute walk).
A private parking space for your car is directly at the house. You can rent e-bikes, book boat trips, participate in dolphin watching or dive into the underwater world. You can also rent the property for events. If you are interested, please contact the property owner before booking.

Die Lage ist wegen des Blicks von der Terrasse recht schön, allerdings kann die nahe Straße bei Eintreffen einer Fähre leicht stören. Der Weg ins Dorf ist sicher machbar, zieht sich bei 35 Grad allerdings auch (ca. 20 min). Das Hausmeisterehepaar bemüht sich, Wünsche zu erfüllen und Mängel abzustellen und pflegt die Außenanlage recht gut. Allerdings muss man als nicht Italienisch sprechender immer über den Kontaktmann vor Ort gehen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ging die Klimaanlage in der Küche nicht. Diese ist auch nur sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und es fehlen generell jegliche Bedienungsanleitungen für z.B. Klimaanlage, Fernseher etc. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas karg, man kann noch Nägel erkennen, wo mal Bilder gehangen haben, die es aber nicht mehr gibt. In einem der Bäder fehlte eine Toilettenbrille und in der Dusche war der Wahlhebel zwischen Handbrause und Dusche defekt.
Anleitungen zur Mülltrennung sind nicht vorhanden und von anderen Ferienwohnungen bin ich auch den einen oder anderen Hinweis zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder z.B. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gewohnt.
Durch das geringe Alter und die gute Sauberkeit wirkt das Objekt sonst recht ordentlich.
