The two ladies at the accommodation were so helpful and kind, they were available for any questions we had! The room was more like a flat, great bed and bathroom but also had a full kitchen with every utensil you would need and seating inside and out to relax at. The host even did things like resupply coffee capsules daily which was a lovely touch. They also have really cute and friendly cats that will give you company while you’re sat outside if you want them to!:) Location was really good as it was a short walk from the main ferry route and therefore a total of 30mins to get to bellagio from the accommodation.
The quickest way to get down to the main road and therefore the ferry is down a steep staircase which is completely fine but if you’re unable to do that then you will just have to go down the main roads which is longer. Also nothing to do with the property but lots of mosquitoes around lake Como so bring bug spray.

The large double room was great. We were able to have breakfast there each day and the seating area meant the accommodation was more than just a bedroom.
We enjoyed being in the village with a great pizzeria and well stocked local shop for any supplies. The host Leanne is so helpful and kind. The location near the ferry port is very convenient for visiting the other towns in the lake.
Sometimes I didn't like the walk up the stairs up from the lake to the village!!

The location was a perfect base for exploring the rest of lake Como - 10 minute walk to the ferry and the bus stop was awesome.
The hosts were exceptionally helpful, and always responded when asked a question.
The room would definitely benefit from an air conditioner. We had a fan, and were told to keep all the shutters closed during the day which did keep the room moderately cool, but an AC would definitely help with the July heat

The location is good.
There was an awful smell in the apartment. We were told that previous guests used to cook something with spices and garlic and there is nothing that can be done. So we had to keep the windows opened despite the cold and rain.
It was really horrible and very annoying:((
