I wouldn't go back there

The restaurant food was not bad.

There was no air conditioning in the room and it was impossible to sleep because of the heat. Also, it is a hotel for families, I don't recommend it for couples who want to spend a quiet weekend.

Hacienda for the week

Even being on a busy road it was a little haven. Traditional Mexican decor & style, terrific pool & absolutely wonderful staff! Ignacio was a class act at the restaurant! He was polite & very friendly & knowledgeable. The whole staff was friendly & incredibly helpful & I look forward to visiting them again someday.

Maybe they need an ice machine : ))

El restaurante es rico y el mesero muy amable.

Nos dieron habitación cerca de la alberca, y aunque en el regalemento dice claramente que no se puede usar después de la 9 pm, eran casi las 11 pm y no podíamos dormir por que estaba lleno de gente tomando y niños gritando y corriendo por todos lados. Lo comentamos en recepción y solo hicieron cara de "ni modo". La cama es muuuuy dura y lo peor de todo es que salían unos animalitos negros chiquititos en el colchón qué ya ni quiero pensar qué eran, pero siento que chinches. Llegué a mi casa a lavar toda la maleta. Muy mala experiencia.

Buena ubicación para ir a Six flags No visite ningún otro lugar

La reserva la ajustan al costo que ellos desean al llegar, lo justifican como costo más impuestos, pero no cuadra, suben de 1000 a 1200 y eso no es el 16% Entonces pienso que el costo de booking es mentira para atraer, en si ningún hotel que tuviera un costo menor en booking me había cambiado el precio al llegar, pero llegué tarde y sin ganas de discutir

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, paredes descarapeladas, ventiladores viejos que suenan mucho por lo que es imposible ponerlos en la noche, sabanas limpias pero manchadas, cobijas rotas, acumulacion de polvo, las puertas no cierran bien por lo que por la noche entra el aire, alberca con agua turbia

Ojalá puedan techar la alberca, porque con la quema de la caña, le caen muchas ojas quemadas y basura.

Lo cálido del personal, para poder entrar estuvimos toque y toque y nadie nos abrió, tuve que quitar la tranca o aldaba y pasarnos.

A los baños les falta mucho mantenimiento, la puerta de aluminio del baño costaba mucho trabajo cerrarla, faltó guaya de manos, etc.

La atención fue increíble, muy cálidos y atentos tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. Los alimentos deliciosos. Muy atentos en todo momento!

Quizá lo único que podría mejorar es la comodidad de los colchones.

Todo muy bien salvo detalles en la habitación

Excelente atención del personal y muy buena ubicación.

La instalación eléctrica de la habitación, solo habia un foco en la habitación que no iluminaba muy bien, asi como tampoco tenia foco el espejo del baño, y el baño despedia un aroma desagradable a cañeria, si se mantiene la puerta cerrada del baño no afecta a la habitación pero si entras al sanitario o al lavabo resulta desagradable.

Relación calidad-precio, no me parece un precio justo, en el cuarto el ventilador hace un ruido infernal, al llegar me cobraron más de lo que decía la oferta. Pero ya estábamos ahí.

Las instalaciones de los baños están sucias y viejas, se terminó el agua fría, los canceles de la regadera no cierran bien, los alimentos del restaurante no son de excelente calidad, se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de los cuartos de arriba, el jacuzzi estaba muy sucio...
