Ok for a quick stop but not for vacation.

The facility was clean and with a lot of security. Lots of pools everywhere and its across from the bus stop. The restaurant had very good food and the staff there were very nice.

Place was clean but needs a remodel. The A/C unit in our room was not working properly There was no water pressure and water was either too hot or too cold. Beds were big but very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not a resort.

Convenient for Events, Great Pools, But Needs Room Upgrades

I stayed at the resort from October 29th to October 31st, 2025, in room 810, which had two king-sized beds. Here's a quick breakdown of my impressions: Pros: Plenty of Swimming Options: The resort has multiple pools, which was really nice for relaxing and taking a dip whenever we wanted. Convenient Location: It’s very close to the wrestling tournament venue, so it was easy to get back to our room and unwind away from the noise. Friendly Staff: The staff was top-notch—very professional and helpful, which definitely made the experience better.

Cons: Dated Rooms: The room itself felt pretty basic and in need of major upgrades. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Bathroom Issues: We had a leaky shower that ended up soaking the bathroom floor, which meant we had to lay down towels to keep things dry. It’s a fixable issue with some new silicone, but it shows the property needs more upkeep. General Maintenance: The doors were squeaky and the keys sometimes didn’t work properly, so we had to visit the front desk a few times. Recommendations for Improvements: Updating the rooms and especially fixing the leaky bathroom in room 810 would be a good start. Also, modernizing the facilities and ensuring the doors and keys function smoothly would really enhance the experience. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential if they invest in updates, and the staff is already a huge asset.

Nice for price/performance

Inside of the hotel is pretty big. There are some sportive activity areas (soccer, tennis, basketball) and pools which great. Restaurant is enough.

Walls in room were looking so dirty. There is only two different towel and no any additional towel. There is no hairdryer. Room definitely needs repairing.

Smallest room ever for the price. Not even a chair in the room. Not even space for nightstands. Light was very low energy. Only a small mirror in the room. Very small restroom, not even with a vanity or so. Cheapest beds. Noisy and barely working air conditioner. I think booking has an agreement to provide the less... this has happened to me with several reservations... I get the farthest less value rooms.

No one spoke English, communication very difficult , they did not take American money and often no debit or credit card either. food was terrible , beds terrible hard , but to death by bugs

My reservation has a late checkout approved through the app, when I got there they made me pay another 3,000 pesos to stay until 6pm. Staff never followed up with me as they said they would.

This is a hotel for families who want lots of activities for all especially aquatics.

The hotel was the site of the convention that I attended. The suite that I had was nice with its own small pool. Very few other guests there in this area so it was quiet. The property itself is huge and handled these 1,000+ guests easily. I bought credit for the restaurant although most servers did not understand the concept of signing for the check. The king size bed was comfortable and the housekeeping excellent.

The internet was horrible. Spótty when it was available. The TV was a smart TV but of course, I could not access it because of the lack of internet. 4 trips by the IT staff to try to get a signal. There was no hair dryer nor did they have one to loan at reception. The food at the restaurant was a good price but only fair quality There was absolutely NO information about the town or things to do. Nor, a room service menu. No coffee service in the room nor ice around the area.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas a un precio muy alto como de 5 estrellas, los colchones ya viejos, aguados y las almohadas muy duras, pedi una habitación para tres personas y nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña con camas individuales que apenas cabian y la habitación con una sola toalla no tres

Después de haber estado en el lugar otras veces, sigue siendo un buen lugar

La comunicación con el personal es muy difícil, casi nula, la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y el teléfono para llamar al personal estuvo muerto. Pregunte por la cancha de tenis y no obtuve respuesta en el chat y llegando me enteré que además es de paga, que me parece un punto menos a su favor.

El servicio de recepción muy incómodo esperarte en el carro antes de ingresar La atención de recepción amable pero no te resuelven nada lo que se te presente si necesitas almohadas toalla etc El uso del teléfono para atención nefasto no te resuelven nada Es increíble que desde las 6 de la mañana hay mucho ruido en el aérea de la alberca y más increíble todavía que a las 3 de la mañana sigue gente nadando consumiendo bebidas alcoholicas y también con escándalo y nadie les llame la atención Pretendían cobrar 100 pesos porque suponían mancharon las toalla con maquillaje eso es verdaderamente ridículo Esperando les sirvan a ustedes mis comentario con ánimo de que mejoren sus servicios a ustedes son a los que les convienen los mismos

La limpieza, el mantenimiento en las instalaciones y solo 1 día me salió agua caliente en la regadera por 2 minutos. No vi ningún día que limpiaran las albercas. La comida es muy mala.
