Bad location,if you never been in Oaxtepect you dont want to adventure to this place. Bad,bad location,not worth the cheap price. I paid took a shower ,with cold water and left the place .

Stay somewhere else

The road to get to the hotel has no pavement and full of sinkholes. The front desk is normally without staff so you’ll have to find them around the place. Rooms barely get natural light and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I didn’t use the pool because the water didn’t look clean. Breakfast wasn’t included, staff will try to charge you anything. It definitely isn’t worth the price, I’ve been in cheaper hotels way better than this one.

Reserve la habitación por medio de una aplicación, hay que tener cuidado con las reservaciones, ya que al llegar me dijeron que las habitaciones que reserve eran dobles, pero la aplicación solo había confirmado a una sola persona y total que se tuvo que pagar extra por cada persona, entonces realmente no se obtuvo ningún beneficio y se pagó de más, por el tipo de hotel y el costo real se pagó más de lo esperado 🤔

Un hotel de paso es más bonito que esa cosa fea

Lo único que salvó la estancia, fue la cama que se nota fue renovada recientemente.

Mantenimiento malo. Pintura muy deteriorada, taza del baño con sarro y se nota que se rompió y sólo atinaron a pegarla. Cucaracha muerta en el bote de basura. Mesa y sillas en habitación amontonadas y feas (parecen de restaurante o de fiesta). El camino para acceder al hotel es terracería en malas condiciones..... La recepción es horrenda y con muebles viejos y maltratados. Qué diablos hace una vitrina de refrigeración en la recepción????

La habitaciones tienen muy buenos colchones, sábanas y toallas nuevecitas y muy suaves. Por el precio del hotel, no esperaba eso.

No hubo agua caliente ni tampoco sirvieron los controles de las teles de las 3 habitaciones, pero la verdad no importa, con tanto calor el agua no sale tan fria y es refrescante. La amabilidad del personal, comodidad de las camas y toallas lo supera

La alberca muy sucia, los cuartos igual, la atención pésima, no funciona la TV ni cable ni canales locales. Las fotos q publican en anuncio nada que ver está muy descuidado. No hay personal que te ayude en nada. No volvería nunca

Un lugar muy desatendido

Lo mas destacable en mi hospedaje, fue la comodidad de las camas.

Para llegar tuvimos que pasar por un gran tramo de terracería, mucha tierra suelta y piedras, al arribar, el lugar estaba demasiado descuidado, todas las paredes, ventanas y lamparas con polvo y telarañas, la alberca se encontraba sucia, nuestra habitación estaba desarreglada cuando nos la entregaron, el baño de la habitación muy sucio, tardó demasiado en salir agua caliente y no duró ni tres minutos, además de que el desagüe estaba tapado, en pocas palabras, desatendido.

El complejo se ve espectacular, pero súper descuidado, ya no sirve el restaurante, el bar de la alberca, la alberca tiene el agua estancada, hay cosas arrumbadas con telarañas y polvo en varios sitios. Solo hay una persona que se hace responsable de todo por turno, ósea, es recepcionista, re camarista, guardia, limpieza y ps obvio, no se da abasto para nada. No venden nada adentro (agua, refrescos, papitas) nada, así que llévate cositas y hay buenos espacios para estar sentadito. Para mi el complejo se ve genial pero le falta MUCHO mantenimiento.

La atención del personal muy bien, super atentos, trato cordial y amable.

No esta en optimas condiciones la piscina, estan rotas las escaleras para salir, llegaron huespedes que tomaron bebidas alcoholicas y estuvieron en la piscina hasta las 2 de la madrugada, gritos, llantos etc hay muchos moscos y no dormimos bien, le faltan ventanas con mosquiteros en las Villas familiares
