Location, obviously. Room had good ventilation for no windows. Easy check in, staff nice. Cotton ear buds a bonus. Good stay for one night.
Someone started hoovering outside our door at 7am so that wasn't great as it woke us up.

Inside the terminal, 5min to the security control and 15 to the gate. All clean.
As advertised, our room had no window. Shower wasn't hot enough.

staff at check in very pleasant. The location made it an easy walk to check into KLM the next day. The bed was very comfortable.
very strong cleaning scent in the room. We had to run a fan for one hour before sleeping. No soap in the two dispensers.
no hooks to hang the towels before and after use.
