Loved the quiet wooded location and a nice 10min walk to tram stop into the city. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices and I enjoyed the yogurt & chia very much. The restaurant food was very high quality and the staff polite and helpful. Lovely modern rooms with good air conditioning which was needed at this time.

The pool facilities, whilst discounted, were quite expensive for just 2 hrs. We were disappointed not to be able to use the area to relax as the only other area was the bar balcony - and that only had one comfortable sofa to sit at.

Very modern, clean and well maintained hotel. 15 drive from the city centre and airport. Great for tennis lovers and people that want to relax and unwind. Hotel breakfast is very good. Food in the restaurant also very good

The staff of the hotel and the Spa. The spa is an extra and IT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY till 2:00 pm and they don’t say this on booking. This is very unprofessional As nobody from reception let us know about this “ little “ detail. Spa staff very rude . All the female staff not very welcoming much better the male staff. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 stars indeed it’s a 3 stars breakfast. No typical products available, very little choice. For a resort oriented toward the wellness it’s a BIG NO . They should re elaborate all the breakfasts concept. Prices are too high if you pay € 175 per night and not even have access to the spa which cost € 50 for 3 hours and it’s the only reason why you choose this hotel it’s definitely a not good value for money.
