Die Lage des Objektes mit einer herrlichen Aussicht.
Die Immobilie ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer erheblichen Sanierung. Die südexponierten Balkone bieten eine prima Aussicht, benötigen aber zwingend einen Sonnenschutz, da sonst nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Чудовий краєвид з балкону. Привітний власник, допомагав. Чиста постіль та рушники.
Помешкання потребує ремонту! Меблі, столові прибори , душова кабіна дуже старі, потребують заміни. В душовій не було ручки. Кондиціонер за доплату. Не було мила для рук, миючого для посуду.
