It was clean, bathroom is nice and new, bed was comfortable, location is 1 min to the supermarket, 1 min to bus stop and close to the beach.
It was really noisy - windows, that were also doors, are not protecting from the noice of the road.(Would be great to change doors for the owners, as they can't change location of the studio close to the road). The walls between the rooms are really thin and we heard neighbors all the time - snoring, using bathroom and so on. Wifi wasn't working for 2 days and the last day boiler didn't work so we couldn't even shower before we left. Places for sure needed mosquito nets, it's a lot of mosquito evening and night time. Communication with host wasn't clear, no questions can wasn't answered through Booking.com to organize check in and then no-one was there to check us in. And would be nice to have salt in the kitchen.
