Hotel Orient Braila

The location is good, breakfast included, not a big deal, but you won't leave hungry, comfortable beds, free parking.

The rooms are very badly isolated, the sounds from others rooms, the near ones or the top of you don't let you sleep well. Also the cleaning personnel came early in the morning, until 7, and are very loudly talking to each other. The bathroom is quite old. Doesn't include slippers.

An excelent hotel. Very clean. The room looked very nice. Breakfast was perfect. Everithing you needed there. Our stay was one night: 16-17.05.2026. The lady from the reception in that evening was very nice. She solved everithing.

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel from my family in that particular day and that particular receptionist.

This hotel is a paradox - some very good things, some not so good things. The staff are very nice and friendly, but they can only work with the facilities they have. Excellent parking assistant , who found us a parking space in front of the hotel. Friendly reception and chambermaid. Very polite waitress, even though under lots of pressure.

Hot water in the sink, no hot water in the shower - highly unusual - the pipes are only one metre apart in the same bathroom. Lots of noise in the hotel. Radiators and A/C off, 10c outside, but still 25c in the room at night. Strange. Food in the restaurant not fantastic, and we like Romanian food. We ordered vegetable and chicken soup. Both were the same soup, but the chicken version simply had a chicken leg in it. Both were not very good unfortunately. Took them 10 minutes in the morning to print out a simple receipt for the restaurant.
